Step 11 - Printer sharing

Printer sharing enables other users in the network to use this same printer through your computer. Essentially, if you share a printer in this way, the computer sharing the printer will act as a print server.

Instructions:

It is up to you whether you want to share this printer or not.
Click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the window once you have chosen.


After the printer sharing window you are asked if you would like to print a test page. Answer NO at this stage as there may still be a few changes that need to be made.
Click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the window.
